March 20th is the first day of spring - a time for
the annual "spring cleaning" to begin. This is a perfect
time to de-clutter, organize, and refresh from the
inside out. Now that the days are longer, beautiful
flowers start blooming, and we all become aware that
summer is just around the corner.

This is also a time when people who are considering
buying or selling a home start developing a plan of
action. Families with children generally have more
flexibility to move as the school year comes to a close
and weather conditions are more suitable for moving

generally speaking. :)
